Want to drive a "Culture Change"? Here is where to start.

Part of changing a company's culture is understanding where the gaps are and addressing them. A culture, while we don’t want it to have a negative connotation, is almost like a monster. A very powerful force that can build or destroy an organization. By understanding the weak areas in our culture, the change agents that are leading some to “sink our boat”, we are able to address the gaps that are in need of change. This video does an excellent job in giving an overview, with statistics, as to what we need to look out for and how we can address it. Enjoy!

The post about driving culture change was inspiring because it shows how real change starts from individual actions and mindset shifts. While preparing for exams and group work, I once came across Take Your Online Cengage Exam while struggling to manage time effectively. It made me think that long term improvement always comes from consistent effort and responsibility.
